FTC Executive Leadership

Chief Executive Officer (CEO):

The CEO is responsible for maintaining a positive working environment. In collaboration with the Team Captains, they maintain the overall big picture of the team. They work to ensure the team is always moving forward and pushing the captains to encourage the full potential out of every FTC Power Hawks member.

Our current CEO is Phillip, a senior at our host school. He has been with the Power Hawks FTC program for 3 years, slowly advancing in leadership to the point of CEO. As our inaugural CEO, he aims to build up our new FTC business branch, ensure our team members are learning while also having fun, and guarantee that our FTC program runs smoothly in future seasons.

Chief Operating Officer (COO):

The COO is the Robin to the CEO's Batman. They are responsible for assisting the CEO in their duties and acting as the CEO when necessary. The COO works more closely with the FTC Power Hawks' members and mentors than the CEO but still maintains an important role in keeping the big picture of the team on track.

Team Captains

Our FTC Team Captains are tasked with overseeing their team's subteams and communicating with subteam leaders to ensure that all priorities are fulfilled on time. They are the final verdict on robot design and business ideas for their team. Lastly, they ensure that their team is prepared for competition and off-season events.
